I had problems with the batteries not charging on my new purchase, left a bad review, and was contacted about the problem. I was sent new batteries! So the customer service is great if you have a problem. Product is pretty good, too, although it cuts out briefly often, but it's not really a problem.

My husband and I have always been outdoorsy people. We love hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, and anything that can get us outdoors. Once we had our first child we didn't want that to stop, but I felt so nervous camping without our baby monitor. I was nervous anytime our little one went for a nap.
We saw the ROAR Monitor and I couldn't wait to try it. The range is amazing, and we camp in some pretty remote places. Now I can enjoy myself more without needing to check the tent every 5 minutes. So happy with our purchase. Thank you ROAR! <3

Overall, it is a great baby monitor we will use for traveling and camping. Easy to pack and small, which is supper nice Vs. the bulky one with the camera.
Two enhancements I would make:
1. I thought the range would be better. If there’s a building in the way, the single stops.
2. Allow the parent radios to talk between each other.
